INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Shira was northbound on Graves Creek rd 13 miles from the intersection of Twinhouse rd when he lost control of the vehicle. Shira's vehicle left the roadway on the west side rolling down the embankment approximately 55 feet. Shira was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigation continues by the Idaho State Police.
