INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Cleveland was northbound on SH3 when he failed to maintain his lane and drove off the roadway on the right side. The vehicle went down an embankment and overturned. Cleveland was deceased at the scene. There was also a canine in the vehicle that was taken to a veterinarian in Moscow.
