On Thursday, January 8th, 2015, at approximately 5:56 pm, the Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle crash on US Highway 30 near milepost 226, near Hansen. Jessica Speth, 33, of Hollister was driving northbound on 3700 East in a 1992 Ford Explorer. Speth failed to yield at the stop sign at 3700 East and US30. Casey Spencer, 51, of Hansen was driving eastbound on US30 in a 2007 Chevy Colorado. Speth's vehicle struck the side of Spencer's vehicle pushing it off the road. Spencer and his passenger, Lenora Gould, 53, of Hansen, were transported by private vehicle to St Lukes Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls.
