INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Cummings was westbound on I90 at 63 miles per hour when he attempted to pass another semi with ice covered slushy roads. Cummings lost control of the vehicle and impacted a concrete barrier. The rear duals from the trailer were tore off the semi combination and fell off the bridge to Division Street below I90. Three private, unoccupied, vehicles were damaged from the debris. The semi tractor trailer combo rolled to its left side which blocked the left lane of I90 for a prolonged period of time. Cummings was cited for inattentive driving.
