INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Lewis was traveling westbound on state highway 53 approaching the intersection of Pleasant View Rd. She was signaling to turn southbound on Pleasant View when Harris approached the intersection and attempted to pass Lewis. Harris struck Lewis as she turned. The roadway was blocked for approximately 2.5 hours while the crash was investigated.
