INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Hokanson was southbound when the brakes of his semi truck failed coming down the Kendrick grade. He went off the right shoulder into the ditch, came back on the road and overturned on the corner. The truck slid across the road into the jersey barrier, pinning Hokanson inside the cab of the semi. Next of kin has been notified.
