INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Gilbert was eastbound on I90 at milepost 9.8 when he encountered traffic. Gilbert attempted to slow for stopping traffic and lost control. His vehicle left the road into the median and overturned. Gilbert was towing a trailer hauling 1976 Jeep CJ5 as well as there was a 1981 Harley Davidson in the back of the pickup. The road was closed with delays for approximately 2 hours.
