Arrest on Lewd Conduct Charges

Following an investigation by detectives with the Idaho State Police, in cooperation with the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office and the Bonneville County Prosecutor, ISP Troopers today arrested an Ammon man on the following charges.

Arrested: Byron D. Wiscombe, 44, Ammon

Charged: Lewd Conduct with a minor child (F)

Sexual Battery of a minor child (F)

Video Voyeurism (F)

Sexual Battery (m)

The suspect was arrested at his place of employment this morning and booked into the Bonneville County Jail. The victim is known to the suspect. This investigation remains ongoing.
