INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

On January 14, 2013 at approximately 1510 hours, Idaho State Police investigated a traffic complaint on US12 near milepost 23, where it was reported that a passenger in a taxi cab began striking the driver in the face. The passenger, later identified as Micah Lyon, was subsequently arrested for Battery, Resisting and Obstructing Officers, and Indecent Exposure. Lyon was incarcerated at the Nez Perce County Jail.

[NOTE: On February 26,
2013, the Nez Perce County Prosecutor dismissed the Indecent Exposure and
Resisting and Obstructing misdemeanor charges and Mr. Lyon pled guilty to the
misdemeanor Battery charge. The court entered a withheld judgment and
placed Mr. Lyon on probation for a period of one year. After Mr. Lyon
successfully completed his probation, and at Mr. Lyons’ request, the court
allowed him to withdraw his guilty plea and enter a not guilty plea and the
court dismissed the case.]
