Thank you for participating in the Livescan audit.

You may need to contact your vendor to gather or verify technical details.

Up to six (6) devices can be recorded.

  • If you have more than 6 devices but do not own a store and forward, indicate this in the notes section.
  • If you own a store and forward, you do not need to enter information about individual devices. Your information will be collected in the store.
  • Please be as detailed as possible.

If your ILETS access is supplied by another agency you will need to meet with them and discuss your intentions to add a Livescan device. They will need to allow the new device access through them.
