The Idaho State Police is currently on scene of an injury crash at mile marker 28.5 outside of Coeur d'Alene near the top of Fourth of July pass. The left westbound lane is currently blocked and will be for an extended amount of time. Use caution and stay right when going through the area. Expect delays. Additional information will be released when available.
