INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Yocubets was traveling eastbound I90 near milepost 62.4 while carrying an oversized load over 76,000 pounds. Yocubets was maneuvering through a curve and was traveling too fast for conditions when he lost control of his vehicle causing the truck and trailer to tip over onto the driver's side, blocking both eastbound lanes of I90.
