Idaho Code § 39-6316(2) requires the Idaho State Police to provide specific information to local law enforcement agencies responding to domestic violence incidents. This information is to be given to victims of domestic violence by responding officers and provides a summary of rights, as well as process and service information. Local law enforcement agencies from any Idaho State Police district office may obtain a limited supply of pre-printed notice forms.
