On Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at approximately 1:00 P.M., Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle roll over injury crash on Interstate 84 near milepost 197, in Jerome County.

Colton Boykin, 22, of Mena, AR, was driving westbound on I84 in a 2015 Freightliner with one trailer. Boykin drove off the right shoulder, the vehicle and trailer overturned. Boykin was wearing a seatbelt.

Boykin's passenger Islam Qasem, 21, of Bridgeview, IL, was transported by ground ambulance to St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center.
