About Us

Our Roles:

• Receive, relay and coordinate information around ISP and the public
• Provide critical coordinates information on crashes and crime scenes
• Work rotating shifts including graveyard, overtime, holidays and weekends
  • To include round-the-clock coverage on weekends and holidays
  • To include 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week
  • Mandatory overtime may be scheduled for officer safety reasons
• Critically assess calls, resources and available emergency responders
• Track officers locations, status and activity type
• Properly manage emergency situations efficiently and in a timely fashion
• Dispatch emergency personnel to various locations across the state of Idaho
