INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Harrison was travelling northbound behind McGee on US95 at milepost 277 as McGee was preparing to turn left by braking and applying the left turn signal. Harrison swerved left to avoid hitting McGee just as McGee was turning. Harrison struck McGee behind the driver side front door. The northbound lane was blocked for approximately four hours.
