INCIDENT INFORMATION: Justin Peine was working his excavator near a pond on his property in the 100 block of Dufort Road when the excavator rolled into the pond. Peine was pinned inside the cab of the excavator which was submerged in the water. Peine was pronounced dead at the scene; next of kin has been notified.
