**Correction** The intersection of US 95 and SH 55 is just west of Marsing, ID – not in Murphy, ID as was originally reported.

On 10/17/2017, at 8:03 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a crash involving two semi trucks at the intersection of US95 and SH55, in Murphy, ID.

Solijon Sharipov (21), from Hallandle Beach, FL, was driving a 2018 Freightliner semi north on US95. Sharipov did not stop at the stop sign at the US95 and SH55 intersection and struck a 1990 Freightliner driven by Wesley Davis (31) of Middleton, ID.

Sharipov was transported to West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, where he was treated for minor injuries. Davis was not transported. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.

The road was blocked for approximately 4.5 hours.
