Idaho State Police is investigating a vehicle collision that occurred on October 10, 2022, at approximately 9:18 a.m., on westbound I84 at milepost 51, in Boise.

A 60-year-old man from Kuna was driving a 2011 Kenworth semi pulling a belly dump trailer loaded with gravel. The vehicle lost the load of gravel onto I84. Multiple vehicles were damaged.

Westbound I84 was blocked for approximately an hour and a half while crews worked to clear the gravel from the roadway.

This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
