Idaho State Police is investigating a vehicle collision that occurred Monday, May 23rd, at approximately 8:20 a.m., on SH51 at milepost 3, just north of the Nevada Border, in Owyhee County, ID.

A Dodge Dakota, driven by a 39-year-old female from Owyhee County Nevada, was travelling northbound on SH51. The pickup appears to have rolled off the left side of the road where the driver was partially ejected from the vehicle. She was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced deceased on scene.

This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
