Idaho State Police is investigating a crash that occurred Sunday, September 11, 2022, at approximately 1:15 p.m. on SH-78 at milepost 49, in Owyhee County.

A 41 year-old male from Middleton was driving a 2015 Ford F150 pickup westbound on SH-78. The pickup went off the roadway where it rolled.

The driver was wearing a seatbelt and was transported via air ambulance to a nearby hospital.

There is evidence at the scene that indicates alcohol may be involved.

The investigation is ongoing.
