INCIDENT INFORMATION: Jasper vehicle was broke down in the right hand lane of travel with her emergency flashers on when Apfelbeck, traveling at highway speed, did not see her vehicle and crashed into the Geo. The roadway was wet due to rain. Investigation continues by the Idaho State Police.
