On March 5, 2020, at approximately 6:35 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle crash on US93 near milepost 52, north of the Perrine Bridge in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Eldar Sharaf, 32, of Twin Falls, Idaho was driving southbound on US93 in a 2011 Dodge Ram pickup. Brianna I. Algarin, 18, of Jerome, Idaho was driving behind Sharaf in a 2008 Nissan Sentra. Algarin failed to slow in traffic, and drove into the rear of Sharaf's vehicle.
Algarin's two minor passengers were transported by ground ambulance to St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. The minor passengers in Algarin's vehicle were not wearing seatbelts.
