Idaho State Police is on scene of a single vehicle rollover crash southbound on State Highway 55 at mile marker 59, just south of Horseshoe Bend. Both southbound lanes are blocked at this time. The left lane northbound is blocked by emergency vehicles. Motorists are advised to use caution when driving through the area due to dense fog and patches of ice.
