On January 2, 2019, at approximately 6:38 p.m. Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle crash southbound State Highway 21 at approximately milepost 16.

Darcy J. Bellenbrock, 46, of Boise, was driving a 2003 Subaru southbound when she drifted to the right and then over-corrected to the left and rolled the vehicle.

Bellenbrock was wearing a seatbelt. She was transported by ground ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.
