INCIDENT NARRATIVE:
Haughton was east on SH53 and failed to yeild at the red light. Whitaker was south on US95, with a green light, when he struck the semi at the drivers side fuel tank. Thrity gallons of fuel leaked out and was declared a hazardous material spill. The road was blocked for nearly an hour and a half. Investigation continuing.
