INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Henderson was stopped on the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks at the crossing on Delay Farms Road off US95 at milepost 454.9. When the train approached the crossing, Henderson failed to move off the tracks and was struck by the train. Investigation is ongoing.
