INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Vehicle was traveling southbound US95 at milepost 418, near Whitlaw road when it left the roadway and entered the median. The driver lost control of the vehicle causing it to roll. Stacey was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. It is unknown which occupant was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash. Investigation continues.
