INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Wemlinger was traveling southbound US95 leaving Moscow and was accelerating from the 35 mph zone into the 45 mph zone when he lost control of his vehicle. He then went into the northbound lane of travel striking Reynolds vehicle on the driver's side front end. All occupants were wearing their seatbelt. Both occupants in Wemlinger's vehicle were transported to Gritman hospital in Moscow,ID. Reynolds was flown to Sacred Heart in Spokane,WA.
