District 2 Property Damage Crash SB US95@312, Lewiston

On May 3,2017, at approximately 12:15 p.m., a property damage crash involving a semi-truck occurred southbound on US95 at milepost 312, in Lewiston, Idaho. A 2007 Volvo Truck Tractor driven by Davinderjit Singh, 38, of Reno, Nevada was traveling southbound on US95 taking the southbound US95/eastbound US12 exit. Mr. Singh had a mechanical brake failure and was traveling too fast for the corner when he overturned. Mr. Singh was wearing his seatbelt and did not sustain any injuries. The roadway was blocked for approximately twelve hours.
