INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Traffic was coming to a stop westbound I90 near milepost 9. Sterling did not see traffic stopping and hit the vehicle in front of him causing a 7-vehicle chain reaction crash. Nobody was transported to the hospital. I90 was blocked for approximately 2 and a half hours. Investigation continues.
