INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Hjelt was traveling northbound US95 near West Elmira Road when he failed to stop for traffic ahead of him that was stopping in the roadway. Hjelt hit the rear of Ginter's Saturn, pushing it into the southbound lanes of travel. Hall was traveling southbound and struck Ginter's vehicle on the passenger side. Ginter's vehicle rolled and came to rest in the ditch on the west side of the highway. Investigation continues.
