INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Gossi was attempting to turn left onto southbound US95 from Nez Perce Drive when she struck Johns vehicle that was traveling northbound. Both vehicles came to rest in the southbound lanes of US95. The road was blocked intermittently for two hours.
