INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Neufeld was traveling northbound US95 when he attempted to pass multiple vehicles simultaneously into a curve, at a high rate of speed. There was a vehicle traveling southbound during his pass attempt. Neufeld avoided the head-on crash with the vehicle and drove off the roadway on the west shoulder of the southbound lanes, where he crashed his motorcycle.
