On Wednesday November 14, 2012, at approximately 9:00 a.m., the Idaho State Police stopped a Dodge Neon for a routine traffic violation on Interstate 86 at milepost 28, near American Falls. During the investigation, approximately 6.3 pounds of marijuana and 8.4 grams of cocaine were discovered in the vehicle. In total, $30,000 worth of illegal drugs was seized from the vehicle. The driver, Joseph A. Bohan, age 20, and the passenger, Kelci R. Reynolds, age 18, both of Red Lodge, Montana, were arrested. Bohan and Reynolds both received felony charges for drug trafficking. The Idaho State Police was assisted by the Power County Sheriff's Office.
