INCIDENT INFORMATION: At approximately 10:14 am Mark Mshishnek was turning left onto East Palouse River Drive from Lenville Rd. As the semi rounded the corner, the locking mechanism on the coupling device was defective and allowed the trailer to overturn. The trailer was carrying a 21000 pound fork lift. The county road was blocked for approximately 6.5 hours.
