PURSUANT TO TITLE 74, CHAPTER 2, IDAHO CODE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE IDAHO STATE RACING COMMISSION WILL MEET ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9th, 2024, AT THE IDAHO STATE POLICE HEADQUARTERS, BRANDS/RACING CONFERENCE ROOM. 700 SOUTH STRATFORD DRIVE, MERIDIAN, IDAHO.

THE COMMISSION WILL BEGIN THE MEETING AT 10:00 A.M.

**The Commission will allow written comments to be submitted for any items listed on this meeting agenda. Parties that are interested in submitting written comments are required to submit them to: anisha.jones@isp.idaho.gov no later than 12:00 noon on 05/30/2024. Written comments will be limited to those items that appear on the agenda for discussion or consideration by the Commission and will be limited to 250 words. Additionally, written comments will be read into the meeting minutes by a Commission staff member.
