On July 25th, 2019 at approximately 8:50 pm the Idaho State Police responded to a crash in the 2800 block of Cocolalla Loop in Cocolalla. Philip Jacksi, 72 years old of Cocolalla, ID, was travelling northbound on Cocolalla Loop on a 1997 Honda FourTrax ATV. Jacksi lost control rolled on the road and was thrown from his ATV. Jacksi succumbed to his injuries on scene. He was not wearing a helmet. Next of kin has been notified.
