INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Whittaker was traveling eastbound on Bottle bay rd approximately 5.6 miles off of US95 when his ford pickup went off the left shoulder striking a rock, then rolled down a steep, rocky embankment. The crash happened sometime last night between midnight and 8:40 this morning, when it was discovered. Investigation continues. Next of kin has been notified.
