INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Both driver and passenger were attempting to fix their stalled vehicle when it began to roll. Both men tried to hold the vehicle to stop it from rolling. The passenger was flung from the vehicle onto the roadway, while the driver was thrown over the embankment and was caught between the vehicle and some trees. He was pronounced deceased on scene. Names are not being released pending next of kin notification. The investigation is ongoing.
