INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Wilson was traveling west bound on US12 when he drifted off the right shoulder. He swerved to avoid hitting the guard rail, veering across the east bound lane and going off the left shoulder. He lost control, turning the vehicle horizontal and causing it to roll and stop on its top. Passenger was ejected from the vehicle and succumbed to her injuries on scene. Investigation is ongoing.
