INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Zimmerly was traveling Eastbound on US Highway 12 at approximately mile post 55 in Lewis County when he left the roadway off the Eastbound shoulder. The motorcycle came to rest in the barrow pit of the Eastbound shoulder where Zimmerly succumbed to his injuries. The highway was closed intermittently during the investigation. The crash remains under investigation.
