INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Paul was traveling northbound on SH13 at milepost 17.2 when he drove off the right shoulder and impacted a rock face. The vehicle overturned partially ejecting Paul. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Next of kin has been notified.
