INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Wilson was travelling northbound on US95 at milepost 209.3. He crossed over the center line and went off the left shoulder. His vehicle went down the embankment and into the Salmon River. Wilson was deceased at the scene. Next of kin has been notified.
