INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Justin was NB on US95@452 (Homestead Road) when for an unknown reason he crossed both SB lanes and went off the west side of the road. The motorcycle rolled ejecting Justin. Justin was not wearing a helmet and was deceased at the scene. This crash is still being investigated by the Idaho State Police.
