INCIDENT NARRATIVE:Reasor was traveling NB US95@472.6 on the Longbridge when he failed to maintain his lane. He entered into the SB lane of travel where he collided with a semi tractor trailer. Reasor succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Next of kin has been notified. The road was blocked for approximately 5 hours. This crash is still under investigation .
