INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Dowell was traveling northbound on US95 near milepost 511 when he left the roadway on the right shoulder. The vehicle overturned several times ejecting Dowell. Dowell was not wearing a seatbelt and succumbed to his injuries on scene. Next of kin has been notified.
