The next of kin for the occupants have been notified.
The driver was identified as Carlybeth Ramirez, age 21 of Orem, Utah. Her passenger is identified as Tihare Salazar, age 21 of Provo, Utah. Salazar has since been transferred to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center for treatment of her injuries.
