On October 27, 2013 at approximately 2:41 p.m., the Idaho State Police responded to a one-vehicle crash on 3rd Fork Road, approximately 16 miles north of Ola in Gem county. The crash was first reported to the Gem County Sheriff's Office at approximately 12:43 p.m. Lloyd Shreeve, 53, of Nampa, was on 3rd Fork Road in a 2004 Ford F250. Shreeve went off the road, rolled down an embankment, and came to a stop in a creek. Shreeve was not wearing his seatbelt, and was found outside the vehicle in the creek. Shreeve was pronounced deceased at the scene. Next of kin has been notified.

This crash is still under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
