INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Brown was traveling eastbound on state highway 64 near milepost 25. His vehicle left the roadway for an unknown reason. He traveled approximately 624 feet down the steep embankment, crashing into a rock, and vaulting into the creek. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin was notified and the investigation continues.
